eSwatini Music & Arts Escape
The Zoo Travel & Tours proudly presents the Inna Faya Tour ’26, an extraordinary journey to the Kingdom of eSwatini — home of the world-renowned Bushfire Festival, a celebration of global rhythm, art, and culture.
Departing from Kuruman at 06:00, guests will enjoy a scenic road trip through Johannesburg and into the lush landscapes of eSwatini, arriving by late afternoon for check-in at a luxurious lodge. After a refreshing rest, the weekend ignites with electrifying performances by international and African artists under the vibrant skies of the Bushfire Festival.
Saturday unfolds in style — a hearty breakfast, relaxed morning, and then full-day access to the festival’s dynamic stages, where music, dance, and visual art unite. Guests will revel in a cultural fusion that celebrates creativity, diversity, and togetherness.
Sunday’s finale continues the rhythm and soul of Africa, concluding on Monday morning with a sumptuous farewell breakfast before our return journey to South Africa.

Kgala! Namib Tour
The Kgala! Namib Tour is a carefully curated cross-border journey blending adventure, culture, and luxury. Departing from Kuruman, the tour offers convenient pick-ups in Vryburg, Kathu, Olifantshoek, and Upington, before an afternoon departure into Namibia and an overnight journey to Windhoek.
Arrival in Windhoek takes place in the early morning hours, where travellers begin the experience with an exciting game drive, exploring Namibia’s vast landscapes and wildlife. This is followed by a visit to the iconic Independence Memorial Museum, offering meaningful insight into the country’s history and identity. Guests then check in at a luxurious hotel to relax and enjoy dinner.
In the early hours of the following morning, the journey continues toward the Atlantic coast. Guests arrive in Walvis Bay for a memorable boat cruise, experiencing Namibia’s rich marine life. The adventure continues in Swakopmund with thrilling quad biking across the dunes and a unique camel ride, blending adrenaline and tradition. The day concludes with check-in at an elegant coastal hotel, followed by dinner and overnight rest.
Day Three marks the return journey to South Africa, with a scenic drive and overnight stop in Keetmanshoop. The final leg sees the tour return to Kuruman, with the last drop-off in Vryburg, bringing the Kgala! Namib Tour to a memorable close.
Oasis Weekender Tour
The Oasis Weekender Tour is a refreshing two-day experience designed to showcase the natural beauty, culture, and adventure of the Northern Cape. The journey begins at 06:30 with a meeting point at the Kuruman Tourism Information Office parking area, followed by departure to the scenic Gamohana Hills. Guests will begin their guided hike at 07:30, exploring the remarkable rock formations and panoramic landscapes that make this heritage site a highlight of the region. After the hike, guests will enjoy a delicious African cuisine brunch at a local township eatery, offering an authentic taste of regional flavours and community hospitality.
The tour then proceeds to the iconic Wonderwerk Cave, one of South Africa’s most significant archaeological sites. Guests will enjoy a guided cave viewing followed by exciting quad biking activities in the surrounding landscape. In the afternoon, the journey continues to Sisibala Game Lodge, where guests will experience a relaxing game drive before concluding the day with a traditional braai dinner at sunset.
The following morning begins with a hearty breakfast at the lodge. Ladies will also enjoy a complimentary spa treatment, creating a moment of relaxation before the journey continues. The tour then visits the famous Boesmansgat (Bushman’s Hole) natural sinkhole before returning to Kuruman for drop-off at the Tourism Information Centre, concluding an unforgettable Northern Cape experience
Hidden Wonders Tour
The Hidden Wonders Tour is a full-day guided experience designed to showcase some of the Northern Cape’s most remarkable natural and historical attractions. The tour departs at 07:00 from the Kuruman Tourism Information Office, where guests begin their journey toward Boesmansgat (Bushman’s Hole), one of the region’s most fascinating geological landmarks. Visitors will have the opportunity to view the impressive natural sinkhole and learn about its unique formation and significance.
From Boesmansgat, the tour continues to the renowned Wonderwerk Cave, a site of great archaeological and cultural importance. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a light lunch while taking in the scenic surroundings before participating in a variety of exciting outdoor activities. These include paintball, quad biking, and a game drive, offering a combination of adventure and exploration. Guests will also enjoy a guided cave viewing, where they will discover the history and ancient heritage associated with this extraordinary cave.
In the late afternoon, the journey returns to Kuruman, where the tour concludes with a visit to the Langeberg Monument. A knowledgeable guide will share the story and historical context of the monument, offering valuable insight into the heritage of the area.

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Procedure and Formation of Contract:
a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator.
b. A contract is formed between the client and the tour operator upon receipt of the booking deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation.
2. Payment Details:
a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
b. Payment Dates: Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
c. Late Bookings: Bookings made within 90 days of departure may require immediate full payment.
d. Surcharges and Penalties: Additional charges may apply for late payments, changes to the booking, or other services requested.
e. Payment Type: Payments are accepted strictly EFT for record keeping. Please do email us your proof of payment.
f. Payment Protection: Clients are advised to ensure appropriate payment protection; such as travel insurance covering financial defaults.
3. Cancellation:
a. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the tour operator.
a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the tour operator via email or other official communication channels.
b. Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4. Cancellation Penalties:
a. Cancellation penalties are determined based on the number of days prior to the tour departure date: 90 or more days: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
60 to 30 days: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
30 days or less: No refunds will be provided.
b. Non-refundable deposits are retained for all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
5. Cancellation Refund Process:
a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 days of receiving the cancellation request.
b. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
c. Any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the total refund amount.
6. Partial Cancellations:
a. If only part of a group booking is cancelled, cancellation penalties may still apply based on the total number of participants and the cancellation timeframe.
b. The tour operator reserves the right to adjust pricing and cancellation penalties for partial cancellations accordingly.
7. Postponement:
a. In the event that the tour operator postpones the tour due to insufficient bookings, a full refund of the client's payment shall be issued, provided that the client is unable to accommodate the rescheduled date.
b. We do require a minimum of 6 paying clients in order for the tour to proceed.
8. Client Responsibility:
a. It is the responsibility of the client to review and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking.
b. Clients are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellations.
9. Force Majeure:
a. In the event that the tour is cancelled or altered due to circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the cancellation terms may be modified at the discretion of the tour operator.
b. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative dates or refunds to affected clients, subject to any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits.
10. Tour or Holiday Information:
a. The tour operator provides detailed information about each tour or holiday package, including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and other relevant details.
b. Clients are responsible for reviewing all tour information and ensuring suitability prior to booking.
11. Accommodation:
a. Accommodation details are provided in the tour itinerary.
b. Accommodation may be subject to change based on availability or operational requirements, with similar standard alternatives provided where necessary.
12. Changes to the Itinerary:
a. The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.
b. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible.
13. Insurance:
a. Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
14. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements:
a. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and health requirements for the duration of the tour.
b. The tour operator may provide general guidance on these requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
15. Limitation of Liability:
a. The tour operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
b. Liability for any services provided by third-party suppliers, such as accommodation providers or transportation companies or cruise companies, is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
16. Client Behaviour:
a. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner throughout the tour.
b. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service or remove any client whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.
17. Complaints Procedure:
a. Any complaints or issues during the tour should be reported to the tour guide or representative as soon as possible.
b. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the tour operator within 7 working days after the tour's conclusion.
18. Other Miscellaneous Matters:
a. Force Majeure: The tour operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
b. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
In the event of a cancellation occurring during the trip or due to the closure of the destination/activity attributable to Force Majeure, clients shall be required to either opt for an alternative activity/destination or await the identification of an alternative date, as determined through consultation with the clients. Under this arrangement, clients shall be obligated to supplement their payment by an additional 25% to offset costs already incurred by the tour operator.
